  • What's in your products?
    Pure Fragrance Company is committed to simple ingredients. Our products start with recycled paper and 100% fragrance oil. We then use natural ingredients, silica and starch, to create a long-lasting, evenly balanced scent experience.
  • What’s not in your products?
    Pure Fragrance Company never uses parabens, phthalates, PBTs, CMRs, carcinogens (and the list goes on!) in any of our products. We are fully dedicated to providing cleaner, safer, healthier, and more fragrant options with no b.s. (bad stuff). You can see full details behind our ingredient philosophy here.
  • How long do your products last?
    In general, our products last approximately 30 days, however, duration does vary by product. Full details can be found on the individual product pages.
  • Are your products natural?

    While the paper, starch, and silica we use to form the base of our products are nature derived, our fragrances contain a blend of natural and synthetic components. They also contain safe essential oil content in each. What do we mean by safe essential oils? Some natural ingredients and essential oils are not good for you. For example, cinnamon leaf oil is carcinogenic and suspected of causing genetic defects.

    In addition, the toll on land and resources for harvesting natural ingredients can be significant. It takes 800 pounds of Jasmine flowers to make one pound of essential oil. That’s a lot of natural resources to produce comparatively little product. Moreover, massive deforestation has resulted from the production of natural rosewood and sandalwood. In these instances, the intentional use of lab-created synthetics is actually a safer, smarter, and overall healthier choice for humans and the environment.

    Not all synthetics are bad. Take musk, for instance. Natural musks are glandular secretions, taken from animals or occasionally plants and commonly used to create base notes in perfumes and fragrances. This process has led to the near extinction of many species, particularly forest creatures like the male musk deer. At Pure Fragrance Co., we are committed to keeping animal-derived ingredients out of our products. Therefore, natural musks are a hard NO.

    At the heart of our ingredient philosophy is kindness. We only use lab-created synthetics for ingredients that, if harvested in their “natural” state, would be unkind to animals and planet.   • So, what is silica anyway?
    Silica is one of the earth’s most abundant compounds – commonly found in quartz, sandstone, and other rocks. Pure Fragrance Co. uses silica as a safe and natural way to enable our fragrances to fully diffuse over time.
  • Why did my product change color after use?
    If your Pure Fragrance Co. product experiences any discoloration after use, don’t worry! Because we work hard to use the purest ingredients possible (no dyes, preservatives, chemical fillers, etc.) our Sticks and Spheres may turn a brownish hue during or after use. The explanation for this change is simple science and nothing to be concerned about: it’s just our 100% fragrance oil reacting with the air and all-natural paper we use to make better-for-you scents. Your fragrance diffuser is still completely safe to use and will retain the same amazing quality of fragrance from start to long-lasting finish.
  • Are your products vegan-friendly?
    Yes. Our products contain NO animal-derived ingredients and are therefore considered vegan-friendly. We also do all we can to ensure our suppliers do not test any of our components on animals.
  • Are your products safe for allergy sufferers?
    Yes. All our products are free of respiratory sensitizers, making them a great option for people who suffer from allergies.
  • Are your products recyclable?
    Yes. Our products are made of paper which is recyclable. Wherever possible, we also select packaging designed to minimize waste with components that are renewable, compostable, and recyclable. Please check each individual package for the recycle symbol.
  • Where are your products made?
    Our products are made in the USA with domestic and global components.

  • Where can I buy your products?
    Currently, our products are only available for online purchase at www.purefragranceco.com.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel your order, just call us at 770-988-7536, or send an email to info@purefragranceco.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

shipping

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of $30 or more.
  • When can I expect my order?
    If you place your order with our standard shipping option, you can expect to receive your product within 3-5 business days.
  • How do I track my order?
    When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your Pure Fragrance Co. account at any time, and your tracking information will be in your order record.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently only ship to destinations within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to other countries, including Canada and US Territories, at this time.

  • What is your return policy?
    Pure Fragrance Company is committed to your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly send you a new fragrance or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • How do I return or exchange my order?

  • Where can I find my subscription details?
    To see your subscription details, just click on the subscription icon in the upper right corner of the home page or log into your Pure Fragrance Co. account to view your active subscriptions.
  • Will I get an email notification for each auto-delivery?
    Yes, you will receive an email notification for each subscription delivery.
  • Can I put my subscription on hold?
    Yes. Simply log into your Pure Fragrance Co. account to put a subscription on hold.
  • How do cancel my subscription?
    Sure you want to cancel? No problem, you can easily do that from within your Pure Fragrance Co. account. Going on vacation? Just pause your subscription to skip the next delivery.
